Permission is granted to temporarily use StrainTree for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to the strain data, family trees, and other content you create using StrainTree. By marking content as "public," you grant us a license to display and share that content with other users.
You may not use StrainTree:
StrainTree is a genetics tracking and breeding documentation tool. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the service complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding cannabis cultivation and possession.
Some parts of the service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.
Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StrainTree makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall StrainTree or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
